Cabernet wines

Our Cabernet wines, whether they are single varietal or blends, exhibit dark fruits and subtle violet on the nose with silky, fine tannins on the palate. Their flavour profile is rich and complex, making them ideal pairings for winter beef, venison, goat and lentil dishes. Each sip has layers of complexity, from the deep, dark blackberry flavours to the more subtle hints of blackcurrant, oak, vanilla and on occasions spice.
