Celebrate the magic of winter in the Orange region with an immersive experience that begins with a captivating demonstration by talented local ceramicist, Jude Keogh. Watch the mesmerising process of Raku firing as she transforms raw earth into stunning stoneware pieces—each creation kissed by flame and rich with story. As night falls, gather around for a three-course fire-cooked feast crafted by Danni Smith of Wildflower Café in her outdoor fire kitchen.
Enjoy roasted local cheese, succulent fire-roasted meats, a rich seasonal fruit cobbler, artisan breads, and savoury sides. Vegetarian options are available, and each course will be perfectly paired with premium wines from Dindima, poured by winemaker Lee Bell. End the evening with a glass of mulled or unspiced wine, hot chocolate, and toasted marshmallows around glowing fire pits and tunes from the Smith Duo. About Dindima Wines
The Bell family invites you to share in the pleasures of Dindima, a boutique winery in the Orange Region of NSW, Australia.
This is a high altitude cool climate region, which produces distinctive wines with great finesse. Like Margaret River and the Barossa, "Orange" is a wine region name that defines the wines produced there and it is protected by national and international law, just as is "Champaigne" and "Burgundy".
At our cellar door we offer elegant cool climate wines made from small parcels of hand picked grapes that are matured in premium quality French and American oak.
