Join winemaker James Bell in the winery for a relaxed and engaging afternoon exploring Dindima Shiraz. Together, you’ll taste a selection of vintages produced onsite over the past 22 years, gaining insights into the wines in your glass.

James will share stories behind the vintages, explain his winemaking choices, and invite you to discover how time, terroir and tradition influence this cool-climate variety. This isn’t a lecture — it’s a conversation, and questions are welcome.

Numbers are limited to ensure an easy-going, intimate atmosphere where you can sip, savour and chat. To complement the tasting, you’ll enjoy a generous grazing plate with flavours thoughtfully paired to the wines.

To add to your experience, you’ll take home a bottle of our 2019 Shiraz, two Riedel Shiraz glasses, and an Essential Wine Tasting Guide as lasting mementos of your afternoon.

The Bell family invites you to share in the pleasures of Dindima, a boutique winery in the Orange Region of NSW, Australia.

This is a high altitude cool climate region, which produces distinctive wines with great finesse. Like Margaret River and the Barossa, "Orange" is a wine region name that defines the wines produced there and it is protected by national and international law, just as is "Champaigne" and "Burgundy".

At our cellar door we offer elegant cool climate wines made from small parcels of hand picked grapes that are matured in premium quality French and American oak.
