2017 Shiraz

Shiraz is a consistently high quality performer at Dindima. The 2015 is no exception with complex and perfumed red berries, dark cherry, a little tapenade and a hint of white pepper on the nose. Delicious French oak which has integrated perfectly into the wine during its 24 months’ barrel maturation is also evident. The palate is elegant, with the fruit characters on the nose replicated on it, along with a tapenade character, fine tannins, more white pepper and generous length.
