We are looking forward to again welcoming visitors’ longstanding and new to tastings and sales at Dindima’s Cellar Door from Friday 29 October, 2021.
The health and wellbeing of all our staff and guests at Dindima are very important to us so we will be reopening in a Covid safe way, observing the NSW Public Health Orders of the day.
As a result, there will be new conditions of entry that all staff and guests will need to follow when they are on the premises so we all have a safe and enjoyable experience re-engaging with old friends, getting to know first time visitors and sharing the many pleasures of Dindima, including introducing everyone to a lovely selection of soon to be released red and white table wines.
We will be open Fridays to Mondays between 10am and 5pm by APPOINTMENT ONLY. In order to ensure everyone’s health and safety BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. We ask you complete the BOOKING REQUEST FORM provided below:

In accordance with government regulations we are asking visitors to check-in at the cellar door upon arrival on the Service NSW app, or by filling out a contact form.
Dindima’s Covid-19 conditions of entry require *all visitors must be fully vaccinated.
* Patrons with exemptions from vaccination on health grounds will need to provide medical documentation to gain entry.
* Unvaccinated dependants under 12 years, attending with fully vaccinated parents/guardians will be welcome.
We will be observing social distancing as mandated.
Please Note: If you are showing Covid-19 symptoms or generally feeling unwell on the day of your visit, please postpone or cancel so you don’t compromise the health and safety of our staff and other guests.
