Join us over the two Winter Season weekends and make yourself at home. Gather around the crackling fire pits, and experience the comforting flavours of the season we’ve prepared for you.

Treat yourself to one of our fire pit wine tasting options, accompanied by a hearty bowl of homemade vegetable soup served with artisan sourdough, or savour a warming glass of mulled wine as you toast marshmallows over the glowing coals. Perhaps you’d prefer to indulge in the pleasure of our rare Solera Matured Muscat Tasting. And of course, there’s the Non-alcoholic option with its soup, rich hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows, perfect for children!

Whether you're catching up with friends, enjoying a family outing or simply escaping for a relaxing winter's afternoon, a warm welcome awaits you at Dindima.

Fireside 6-Wine Guided Tasting ($30pp):
6 wines chosen by you from the Tasting List, plus a bowl of vegetable soup with sourdough bread, and a marshmallow for toasting by the fire.
Fireside 9-Wine Guided Tasting ($35pp):
9 wines from the Tasting List plus a bowl of flavoursome vegetable soup with sourdough bread, and a marshmallow for toasting by the fire.
Fireside Muscat Tasting ($30pp):
A separate tasting experience that includes Dindima's NV Solera Matured Muscat, paired with cheeses, cured meat, chocolate, muscatels/dried fruits, nuts and crackers.
Fireside Non-Alcoholic Comforts ($20pp):
Includes a bowl of flavoursome vegetable soup with sourdough bread, a mug of hot chocolate and a marshmallow for toasting. $20pp

About Dindima Wines

The Bell family invites you to share in the pleasures of Dindima, a boutique winery in the Orange Region of NSW, Australia.

This is a high altitude cool climate region, which produces distinctive wines with great finesse. Like Margaret River and the Barossa, "Orange" is a wine region name that defines the wines produced there and it is protected by national and international law, just as is "Champaigne" and "Burgundy".

At our cellar door we offer elegant cool climate wines made from small parcels of hand picked grapes that are matured in premium quality French and American oak.
