An elegant, well-balanced wine made from excellent quality fruit grown in our high altitude Dindima vineyard during the cooler and somewhat wetter than usual 2021/22 season.
On the nose the Chardonnay exhibits the delicate fragrance of citrus blossom, nougat, gently crushed cardamon and vanilla.
These characters are evident on the palate, along with a soft, mouth filling creaminess developed during the wine’s malolactic ferment in fine grain French oak barrels.
The wine finishes with pleasing citrus acidity and satisfying length.
