This is an interesting new wine for Dindima, made primarily from grapes off a younger block of our Yalumba, Best Old Block vines. These grapes were supplemented with an addition of our fruity, dark cherry PT23 grapes, from vines that are over 35 years old.

The resulting wine is so unlike our previous Shiraz’s, deep, rich and unctuous, with dusty, chocolatey notes on the nose and palate, together with the aromas and flavours of black fruits. Like our previous Shiraz’s it has a sound acid backbone which makes it a great partner for lamb-based and other red meat dishes.
