This year we have again sought out another exciting dining experience for you. We have chosen China Doll with its spectacular location on the Woolloomooloo Finger Wharf, overlooking the harbour and the twinkling city skyline. While the location is wonderful so too is the modern Asian cuisine that will be skilfully matched with a selection of Dindima’s wines.
We are thrilled to be hosting, with the team at China Doll, a 9-course banquet to showcase what we both do best.

China Doll’s talented team of chefs come from right across Asia and will take you on a culinary journey that acknowledges and respects the heritage of each dish. These dishes will be accompanied by some of our current and archival award-winning wines.
