On February 14, 2026, Ignite’s Executive Chef Julian Veenstra welcomes his close friends Tom & Sarah from Monsieur Robert, a Michelin-recognised bistro nestled in the enchanting French village of Saint-Robert. Known for refined, modern French cuisine infused with regional character and seasonality, Monsieur Robert brings a depth of elegance and charm to this special evening.

Together, Julian and Tom will create a five-course degustation menu — designed to exist only in this moment — blending their techniques, memories, and mutual passion for warm hospitality.
