Paired Wines with Oysters and Gravlax

Enjoy an idyllic Spring afternoon with friends amongst the vines. Relax to streamed jazz, sip on our deliciously crisp, minerally 2021 Semillon or lively, fruity 2021 Chardonnay while savouring freshly shucked premium oysters or wine cured salmon gravlax. Vegetarian and child’s options available.

Dates: Saturday 30 September and Sunday 1 October, 2023.
Times: 11:30–1.00, 1.15–2:45, 3:00–4:30.
Cost:
  • Adult — From $50pp (includes ½ dozen premium oysters or a serve of salmon gravlax* with a glass of Dindima 2021 Semillon or 2021 Chardonnay**).
  • Vegetarian option $50pp per serve with a glass of 2021 Chardonnay or 2022 Rosé.
  • Child — $15.00 per serve (includes plate with drink).

* Oysters and gravlax must be booked in advance (see ticket purchasing options).
** Dindima wines will be available for purchase on the day. Other/externally purchased alcohol is not to be brought onto the site.

PREFERRED DAY and TIME OF ARRIVAL

This is a multi-day event with time-limited sessions.  We will allow a maximum of 1.5 hours for your visit.  When purchasing your ticket, please choose the day and time of your visit, and ensure that you arrive at the winery within your ticketed time. Tickets are valid for the ticketed day and time only.

We can accommodate 30 patrons per 1.5 hour session.  Group ticket purchases are welcomed, but please note that ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 10 persons per group.

If we are unable to accommodate you at your ticketed time due to COVID-19 restrictions or social distancing requirements, we may need to offer another time. Should this be the case we will notify you to offer you another time slot or a refund.

Please note: Should the weather be inclement the event will be held in the winery.
