Dindima wines are made in a French style, displaying typical cool climate varietal characters and are particularly food friendly. High quality stainless steel wine making equipment together with fine grained French and American Oak barrels are used in the winemaking process. Mature Muscat vines, some of the oldest in the Orange Region, have been use to make our fortified Muscat. It is a great addition to the regions dessert wine list and with Christmas coming it will match very well with the traditional dessert fare:- fruitcake, pudding and mince pies. This vintage the Muscats were also used to make a French style Rosé that will be light and fresh and suitable for the picnic basket or accompanying the alfresco summer cuisine of the region.
