Tasting Note
This is an unique cool climate fortified Muscat. The wine is a beautiful ruby colour and has a delicate rose petal (Turkish delight) bouquet with a touch of spice. The sweet palate reflects the characters on the nose with the addition of some raisin and marmalade and provides a supple lingering finish.
Excellent accompanied by duck paté, blue and white mould cheeses, dried or fresh muscatels or figs, cherries and berries, dark chocolate truffle and fruit cake. Alc. 18%
