Come Celebrate Dindima's Success!
Dindima and a'Mews Restaurant, Glebe are hosting a 5 course dinner
to celebrate Dindima's recent wine achievements - a 4.5 star rating for
the winery by James Halliday in his Australian Wine Companion 2010
and 5 glasses for our 2005 Dindima Orange Shiraz.
Last weekend the Shiraz was also listed in the
SundayTelegraph’s NSW Top 100 Wines.
If you would like to experience a selection of our wines, including the
05 Shiraz, matched with dishes created by chef Richard Moyser,
then book a table for two or more and spend a wonderful evening
with friends and fellow lovers of fine food and wine.

Join us on the weekends of Wine Week for a cellar door tasting of our
distinctive reds and whites. Then relax with friends amongst the vines and enjoy
a Game Tapas platter accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice.

Many
visitors to the region are looking for memorable food and wine experiences
that capture the essence of this agriculturally rich area. At
Dindima
we are developing a reputation for providing appetising game tapas platters
matched with tastings of our distinctive cool climate wines. We will set
up a table under a market umbrella amongst the vines where you can enjoy
the delightful local produce and picturesque scenery in the company of
your partner, family and friends.
