Dindima Chardonnay


2004 vintage

The 2004 Chardonnay is pale straw in colour and has a delicate bouquet that expresses poached pear up-front followed by more complex malo yeasty characters. The latter are the result of the wine having some light oak barrel maturation. The poached pears and malo characters continue through to the palate. They are round and silky on the mid palate and the wine finishes with pleasant acidity and good length.

Enjoy now or cellar for up to 2 years. Alcohol 14.0%

Food matches
Complements seafood, particularly shellfish. It also drinks well with roasted mediterranean vegetable, chicken or pork dishes. It also drinks very well with a pear and almond tart.


2005 vintage

A beautiful 100% barrel fermented chardonnay that is bright straw coloured in appearance. It expresses lovely stone fruit combined with subtle French oak characters on the nose. These same characters follow through onto the palate with firm acidity and a pleasant rounded mouth feel.

Drink with cheese and egg dishes, seafood - including salmon, risotto, poultry and mild creamy coco-nutty curries.
