2004 vintage
This is a deep ruby coloured Cabernet that exhibits intense violet and berry characters on the nose. It has a silky front palate dominated by ripe raspberry and young blackberry fruit. A lovely combination of berries and delicate chocolate along with well integrated tannins are experienced on the back palate and the wine finishes with crisp acid and generous length.

Enjoy now or cellar for up to 6-8 years. Alcohol 14.0%

Food matches
A medium rare, choice cut of aged beef will match beautifully with this cabernet as will barbequed and casseroled red meats such as lamb, kangaroo and goat.
